FSUE “Rosmorport” Announces Tender to Choose Investor for the Construction of Facilities Envisaged by the Project “International Maritime Terminal for the Reception of Cruise and Cargo-Passenger Vessels in the city of Pionersky, Kaliningrad Region”
On March 09, 2017 FSUE “Rosmorport” announced an open query for proposals on the choice of the organization in order to implement the “Construction of Maritime Port Infrastructure in the Seaport of Kaliningrad” arrangement provided by Federal Target Program “Development of the Transport System of the Russia (2010-2020)”.
As part of the competitive activities, FSUE “Rosmorport” plans to attract an investor who is ready to participate in implementation of the project “International Maritime Terminal for the Reception of Cruise and Cargo-Passenger Vessels in Pionersky, Kaliningrad Region” by financing the construction of a passenger terminal building as well as a number of other objects. The maximum amount of funds, which FSUE “Rosmorport” is going to attract, is about 855 million rubles.
After completion of competitive activities FSUE “Rosmorport” will conclude investment agreement with the winner for the purposes of joint implementation of the project.
