FSUE Rosmorport in the List of Companies Regulated by the FAS of Russia
By order No. 15/16 dated January 28, 2016 “On approval of the list of the subjects of natural monopolies in the transport branches, ports and airports, state regulation of which is carried out by the FAS of Russia” of the Federal Anti-monopoly Service, a consolidated list of 111 companies – subjects of natural monopoly, implementing their activity in the seaports and transport terminals, state regulation of which is carried out in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation on natural monopolies by the FAS of Russia, was approved.
In comparison with the previously acting consolidated list, approved by the FTS of Russia in 2012, the number of subjects of natural monopoly, implementing their activity in the seaports and transport terminals, has been reduced by 53 companies.
FSUE “Rosmorport” retained its position in the list, since the main activities of the enterprise are still included in the list of state regulated activities associated with the provision of services in conditions of natural monopoly.

State regulation of FSUE “Rosmorport”, as a subject of natural monopoly, has been carried out since 2004, when the enterprise was included to Section III “Seaport and (or) transport terminals services” of the Register of Subjects of Natural Monopoly in transport under No. 77/3/6 in accordance with decree 31-t/12 of the FEC of Russia, dated April 30, 2004.
