In the performance of the Presidential Order of the Russian Federation dated 21.07.2010 № 928 by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 24.09.2010 № 1591-r the decision to reorganize the federal state unitary enterprises “Rosmorport” and “Azovmorput” in the form of a take-over. Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport and Federal Agency for the State Property Management were charged to provide the necessary measures concerning the reorganization.
