The delegation of FSUE “Rosmorport”, headed by General Director Sergey Pylin, made a working visit to the city of Sochi and inspected the port infrastructure facilities of the enterprise where repair and reconstruction work will be carried out.

The head of the enterprise held an off-site meeting with Zhilishchniy Kompleks JSC, a general contractor engaged in the reconstruction of berths No. 11 and No. 12 of the seaport of Sochi for FSUE “Rosmorport” as part of the project “Reconstruction of Federal Property Facilities in the Seaport of Sochi”.

The contract is implemented in two stages: at the first stage, the design will be carried out, at the second one, the construction and installation work on the reconstruction of the facility will be done.

Engineering surveys are currently being carried out at the facility, and design documentation is being developed. The construction is planned to be completed in December 2026.

The head of FSUE “Rosmorport” also held a meeting with Vladimir Silkin, General Director of Otelstroy LLC. They discussed the progress of the repair of berth No. 14 in the seaport of Sochi and the concept of development and improvement of the mooring line used for yacht staging.

At the end of the working trip, Sergey Pylin met with Yuri Vladimirov, General Director of Sochinskiy Morskoy Torgoviy Port JSC, discussing issues of lease relations, current repairs and further development of the Sochi commercial sea port.
