From July 1, 2023, marginal rates of transport security of seaport waters dues are set in the seaports of Russia by the FAS of Russia Order No. 1588/19 of December 3, 2019.

Additionally, from July 1, 2023, within the Government of Russia Resolution No. 1923 of December 27, 2019, the cost of services for providing pilotage of vessels, rendered by FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaports, changes in the seaports of Russia by an average of 9.4 %.
