FSUE "Rosmorport" traditionally participated in the 17th All-Russian forum-exhibition "Goszakaz". The largest public event of the country in the field of procurement has started in the "Skolkovo" Technopark and will last until April 8.

FSUE "Rosmorport" presents the results of procurement activities for 2021 at its own exposition within the framework of the collective development of the Ministry of Transport of Russia. During the exhibition, the specialists of FSUE "Rosmorport" tell about the main principles of procurement activities to achieve maximum transparency of competitive procedures and the prospects for its development in terms of import substitution.

At the company's stand there is a video about the main activities, an interactive presentation demonstrating the activities of the federal project "Development of Seaports (until 2030)", as well as media content about the successful implementation of one of the largest projects in the past three years - construction of the country's first dual-fuel ferry Marshal Rokossovsky for the strategically important line "Ust-Luga - Baltiysk". The ferry was launched on the line with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on March 4 of this year.

Especially for visitors and participants of the forum-exhibition FSUE "Rosmorport" has prepared promotional products with information about the procurement activities of the company.

The total value of procurement carried out by FSUE "Rosmorport" in 2021 with funds from the federal budget is 54.45 billion rubles and the total value of state contracts concluded is 54.32 billion rubles. Thus, according to the results of competitive procedures, savings amounted to 0.1 %. In 2021, at the expense of its own funds FSUE "Rosmorport" conducted 1 317 competitive procurements for the needs of the enterprise, the total value of contracts concluded is 15.49 billion rubles, including 10.50 billion rubles of contracts concluded with SBS.

The main areas of procurement activities are construction, reconstruction and overhaul of GTS, maintenance of safe water areas and approach channels depths, construction, repair and maintenance of the fleet, construction and repair of VTS and GMDSS facilities, supply of fuel and HS for the needs of the fleet.

Since 2012, FSUE "Rosmorport" has been participating in the National Procurement Transparency Rating. Every year, the enterprise confirms the status of a company with high procurement transparency. Competition in procurement of FSUE "Rosmorport" is about 1.5 times higher than the average Russian level. The indicator reflecting competition level of FSUE "Rosmorport" in the procurement segment by 223-FZ amounted to 2.38 participants per procurement procedure.
