By order No. 744 of FSUE “Rosmorport” dated 22.12.2015 for improving the organization of research activity of FSUE “Rosmorport” in 2016-2018, the Plan for Research and Design and Experimental works of FSUE «Rosmorport” for 2016-2018 was approved and put into effect on January 1, 2016.

 

The Plan for Research and Design and Experimental works of the enterprise provides for the implementation of research in the following areas:

- in the field of energy efficiency level improvement;

- in the field of shipbuilding to introduce innovative approaches and solutions to icebreaker and auxiliary fleet of FSUE “Rosmorport”;

- in the field of navigation safety systems, traffic control systems for ships, navigational aids;

- in the field of improving the environmental safety level in the seaports of the Russian Federation;

- in the field of increasing the efficiency of design processes, new construction, reconstruction, modernization and technical re-equipment, operation of seaport infrastructure facilities, including improving the regulatory framework for design, construction and operation of seaport infrastructure facilities;

- in the field of seaport management and administration, increasing the economic and operational efficiency.

 

For the implementation of the activities included in the Plan for Research and Design and Experimental works of FSUE “Rosmorport”, the enterprise will invest over 133 million rubles of its own funds within the period of 2016 to 2018.
