On 31 August 2015 the Mir training sailing ship of FSUE “Rosmorport” completed her participation in Sail de Ruyter 2015, an international sailing festival .

Starting from 27 August the ship had been moored in Vlissingen (the Netherlands), and offered a cultural and entertainment program, including guided tours, to all fans of tall ships. Also an “open board” was arranged in the framework of the festival.

According to a tradition, the festive events were held on the last weekend of August gathering hundreds of sailing ships as well as navy ships. Numerous concerts, dramatic shows, art events and children entertainment events were conducted during the four days of the festival.

The Mir sailing ship is to arrive at her next port of destination in Travemünde (Germany) on 09 September 2015.
