In the end of June FSUE “Rosmorport” finished equipping of the beachfront area of FSBI International Centre for Children "Artek". The works were carried out in accordance with an agreement on productive business cooperation between FSUE “Rosmorport” and FSBI International Centre for Children "Artek", which was signed in the end of 2014 within "Transport Week – 2014".

"International Centre for Children "Artek" posses vast territory including shore line with beaches for children that runs for about 6.5 km. However, in the last several years the beaches were not equipped properly, and a part of beaches for children was totaly washed out – its length was less than 1 m. The FSUE “Rosmorport”'s goal was to restore the beaches for children and broaden the beachfront area in accordance with excisting sanitary and engineering regulations. During June the beach was pebbled. After the works had been finished the beachfront reached about 12 m". – declared General Director of FSUE “Rosmorport” Andrey Tarasenko.

Apart from pebbling, on the occasion of the International Centre for Children "Artek" 90 th anniversary FSUE “Rosmorport” has already given to the centre the plan of Artek seaport, and will give six six-oar yawls as a present during the holiday time. Two of the boats are already beeing used by the centre in training of young "sailors".
