By Rosmorrechflot decree No. AD-195-r dated 08.06.2015 FSUE “Rosmorport” Charter has been amended. The amendments have been registered by interdistrict inspectorate FTA No. 46 for Moscow on 19 June 2015 and Unified Public Register of Legal Entities in with registration number 9157746932202.

In accordance with the Rosmorrechflot decree information on addresses of two branches was amended.

Moreover, the list of 51 business activities indicated in the Charter has been added with the following ones:
a) vulnerability assessment of transport infrastructure facilities and vehicles;
b) preparation of plans on safety assurance of transport infrastructure facilities and vehicles;
c) water supply and water removal;
d) heat supply.

The enterprise will be entitled the right to be engaged in activities which, according to the laws of the Russian Federation, require special license – a certificate – from the day it obtains one. As of 01.04.2015 the FSUE “Rosmorport”, with the help of third parties involved on contractual basis, has held vulnerability assessment of 180 vehicles – the enterprise ships, and 50 facilities of transport infrastructure – marine terminals, and, on these basis, established plans for assurance of their transport safety.
