Mintrans of Russia order No. 306 dated 06.11.2014 amended Mintrans of Russia order No. 387 dated 31.10.2012 “On the list of port dues collected in the seaports of the Russian Federation”.

The information added to the list relates to the port dues collected in Evpatoria, Kerch, Feodosiya, Yalta, Sevastopol, and Sabetta seaports.

The deed also authorizes Rebublic of Crimea state unitary enterprise “Seaports of Crimea” to collect port dues in Evpatoria, Kerch, Feodosiya and Yalta seaports, and state unitary enterprise “Seaport of Sevastopol” in Sevastopol seaport.

The Mintrans of Russia order will come in force in accordance with the official procedure – in 10 days after its publication.
