By Rosmorrechflot Regulation dated 16.07.2014 No. AD-272-r the FSUE “Rosmorport” Statute was amended. In accordance with the established procedure, the amendments were registered by Interdistrict Inspectorate No. 46 of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Moscow on 24 July 2014 and entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Bodies under state registry number 6147747794573.

According to Rosmorrechflot Regulation, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Statute was amended as the Vladivostok Branch was renamed into the Far Eastern Basin Branch.

Also by Rosmorrechflot order the list of the permitted statutory activities of the enterprise was broadened. In particular, it included the activity concerning the participation of FSUE “Rosmorport” in provision of transport security in seaports and the activity concerning maintenance in proper technical condition, organization of technical support, repairs, reconstruction and new construction of engineering and technical means for provision of transport security in the water areas of the seaports of the Russian Federation.

Besides, the list of statutory activities of FSUE “Rosmorport” was supplemented with the activities involving participation of the enterprise in creation and maintenance of the marine areas А1, А2, А3, А4 of the Global Marine Distress and Safety System, including the marine areas А3/А4 in the Northern Sea Route water area and of acting as NAVAREA coordinator in geographical areas NAVAREA XX and XI located in the Arctic ocean and coordinated by the Russian Federation.
