In Rosmorrechflot under the chairmanship of the Head Alexander Davydenko on July 3, 2014 a meeting of the Russian Seaports Captains Expert Board was held, with participation of General Director Andrey Tarasenko and Deputy General Director for Navigational Safety Victor Vanyukov.
 
Andrey Tarasenko has made ​​a presentation on the work being performed  by FSUE “Rosmorport” in cooperation with the captains and the administrations of seaports, to create conditions for the safe navigation of vessels in the waters of the seaports and on the approaches to them. In particular, General Director informed the attendees about the results of the enterprise work in 2013 on the development in the Russian seaports the navigation safety systems and plans for their construction in the current year, the results of FSUE “Rosmorport” in the field of navigation and hydrographic support of navigation and pilotage performed by the enterprise pilotage services.
