By the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 17.07.2013 No. 240 the procedure of lease of federal property located in the seaport, being on the basis of economic control rights of the federal state enterprises subordinated to the Rosmorrechflot, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 2.11.2009 No. 191, was amended.

In particular, according to the amendments, leasing of infrastructure objects is carried out under the contracts, standard terms and conditions of which shall be approved by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

In addition, the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 17.07.2013 No. 240 changes the procedure for submission and review of potential tenants’ applications on their intention to enter into a lease of federal property contract.

In accordance with the established order of entry into force of the normative legal acts of the federal executive bodies the specified Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia comes into force 10 days after its official publication.

As of 01.07.2013 the FSUE “Rosmorport” disposes of 779 objects, leased by organizations and individual entrepreneurs.

Three objects fixed for the FSUE “Rosmorport” on the basis of economic control rights have been rented since the beginning of 2013.

Currently the FSUE “Rosmorport” disposes of 48 real estate objects meant for lease, the list of which (with regard to the certain branch of the enterprise) can be found in the “Lease of Enterprise Property” section.
