The 1st of Februry witnessed All-Russian Pilots Conference, where isuues of pilot supply organization and its possible solution approaches were discussed. The conference hosted Vitaly Kluev, deputy director of Ministry of Transport state policy department in the sphere of marine and river transport, Andrey Lavrischev, FSUE "Rosmorport" General director, Viktor Ryabokon, nonprofit partnership "National Association of Pilot Organizations" director, pilots and directors of pilot companies and organizations from different regions of the Russian Federation.

The conference`s core topic was provision of navigation safety in the seaports` water areas, including pilots` work.
 
All told, 133 people were registered at the conference, including 45 pilots in practice and 17 representatives of non-governmental pilot organisations.

The conference work resulted into consideration of the conference`s resolution project, which includes a recommendation to FSUE "Rosmorport" concerning organization of hotline for pilots` requests.

From 02.02.12 FSUE "Rosmorport" web-site contains a particular section for operable linkage between pilots and the enterprise authorities called "a hot line for pilot activity issues".
