Federal Antimonopoly Service has granted a FSUE “Rosmorport” petition on purchase of LENMORNIIPROEKT Open Joint Stock Company shares.

As a result of the deal, the enterprise will own block of stakes that consists of 28 636 050 common shares of LENMORNIIPROEKT OJSC. This block makes up 71,62 % of total amount of LENMORNIIPROEKT OJSC own shares at the moment but after the buyout and redemption of part of LENMORNIIPROEKT OJSC own shares (according to the decisions of annual general stockholders’ meeting in 2008 and 2009) the FSUE “Rosmorport” share will increase to 80,21 %.

Also, a 19,79% from registered capital take-over tender submission is provided (a mandatory tender in accordance with the Federal Law dated 26.12.1995 № 208-ФЗ “On Joint Stock Companies” (article 84.2).

FSUE “Rosmorport” has practical and the biggest port hydraulic structures use experience in the country, with participation of state programs marine transport development concepts.

The deal will result in improvement of Russian projects quality connected with construction and modernization of seaports infrastructure facilities.

FSUE “Rosmorport” implements its activity in the seaports of the Russian Federation and possesses the biggest icebreakers fleet in the world. 5 000 employees in 16 Russian subjects work in the enterprise.

FSUE “Rosmorport” is the biggest and core company in the seaport sphere. The enterprise implements a complex of necessary managerial and engineering events dedicated to design the seaport infrastructure development strategy in a long run.
