By the Federal Tariff Service order dated 28.12.2010 № 640-т report forms on the efficient compliance with the requirements to programs in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency increase for the years 2010-2012 (further — reports) have been approved for natural monopoly entities that render services in transport terminals and seaports mentioned in the attachment № 2 to the Federal Tariff Service order dated 31.08.2010 № 419-т (as revisited in the FTS order dated 22.10.2010 № 504-т) including FSUE “Rosmorport”.

By the Federal Tariff Service order a requirement for the respective regulation entities to give reports annually no later than February the 1st.
