By the order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation from 7.06.2010 № 126 changes to the order of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation from 17.12.2007 № 189 correcting the list of port dues collected in the seaport of Makhachkala and defining subjects authorized to collect the dues were made.
