By the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation orders dated 11.01.2011 № 4 and № 8 mandatory and non-mandatory pilotage areas in the seaport of Nakhodka and mandatory pilotage areas in the seaport of Vostochny have been established respectively.

The orders come into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
