On June 23, 2025 Expert RA Rating Agency informed about the withdrawal of the credit rating of FSUE “Rosmorport” due to the scheduled expiration of the contract for the provision of services on assigning (maintaining) credit rating.

This is a routine procedure, related solely to the need to renegotiate the contract in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2011 “On the procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities”, which does not mark any changes in the creditworthiness or financial condition of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

At present, FSUE “Rosmorport” has successfully completed all necessary activities to conclude a new contract with the rating agency and ensured full and timely provision of all necessary information for rating analysis.

The procedure of assigning credit rating to the enterprise is expected to be finalized in due time – within 1 calendar month after the publication of the present information message.

FSUE “Rosmorport” reaffirms its commitment to the principles of transparency and will continue to maintain a high level of corporate governance in the future.

The credit rating was first assigned to the enterprise in 2018 and since then was annually confirmed by Expert RA agency at the maximum level of ruAAA.
