FSUE “Rosmorport” participates in the Dictation of Victory All-Russian event

For the sixth year in a row, FSUE “Rosmorport” participates in the Dictation of Victory patriotic event. On April 25, cadets of the Naval Engineering College of the Maritime State University named after admiral G.I. Nevelskoy and the Amur branch of the Maritime State University named after admiral G.I. Nevelskoy, who are undergoing sailing practice on the Nadezhda sailboat, wrote a dictation on the theme of the events of the Great Patriotic War on board the vessel.

Practical training for the first shift of cadets at the Nadezhda sailboat has started this week and will last for two months. The Dictation of Victory is one of the key events in which cadets undergoing training onboard the vessels of the enterprise traditionally take part.

The Dictation of Victory international event has been held since 2019 and is aimed at improving historical literacy and patriotic education of young people. The test consists of 25 questions about key events and heroes of the Great Patriotic War, compiled by expert historians of the Russian Historical Society. This year's dictation also includes a separate block dedicated to the special military operation.

The number of participants in the event grows every year. In 2024, about 2 million people participated in the action in person and online. The event was held in all regions of Russia and in 61 countries around the world. In 2025, residents of more than 90 countries are testing their knowledge of the history of the Great Patriotic War. In Russia, 35 thousand venues for the Dictation of Victory have been registered, and the Victory Museum in Moscow has traditionally become the central venue.
