On April 21, within the framework of the educational project "My Port" the competitive selection for training at the All-Russian Children's Center (ARCC) "Okean" started.

Based on the results of the contest, 25 winners will be selected to participate in one of the educational programs held on the basis of the ARCC "Okean" during the period from August 7 to 27, 2025 (ninth session): "Ocean Shipbuilders: Pioneers" of the "Okeanskaya eskadra" team or "Game Master" of the "Tigrenok" team.

The program "Ocean Shipbuilders: Pioneers" includes training in sailing, canoe construction and management, participation in the construction of a centerboard, a shipbuilding quiz, a marine parade-reconstruction "Battle of Gangut", an excursion with visits to natural sights, as well as educational courses: "Path to the Ocean", dedicated to the history of the development of Siberia and the Far East by Russian seafarers, and "SeaAcademy", aimed at the study of marine science.

The "Game Master" program will include an educational course of the same name and a presentation of the final works "Festival of Games", as well as a game boulevard "Games of Different Ages", a series of game practice sessions, intellectual games, sports playgrounds and a variety of pickup games. This year the competition is held among children and grandchildren of employees of the central office and branches of FSUE "Rosmorport" at the age of 13 to 17 years inclusive at the time of the start of the shift. Pupils of the final 11th grade who have received secondary general education at the time of the beginning of the thematic session, but passing the age limit, are not accepted for participation.

The competition will start on May 5, 2025, and results will be published no later than May 13, 2025.

In the nearest future it is planned to launch another competition for training in the program of one of the camps of the Moscow region.
