The Arctic basin Branch has been established as a result of institutional arrangements on adding the liquidated Arkhangelsk Branch of the enterprise to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch.

According to the Rosmorrechflot order dated 18.02.2025 No. BT-31-r, the corresponding amendments were made to the Charter of FSUE "Rosmorport".

These decisions are conditional upon the improvement of the management system of branches, which are separate structural divisions of the enterprise in the regions where FSUE "Rosmorport" carries out its economic activities, by optimizing their number. This will improve the quality of management decisions made during the operation of the enterprise and will be consistent with decisions aimed at improving the unified public administration system in Russian seaports.

Today, the structure of the enterprise includes 10 branches operating in 24 subjects of the Russian Federation.

The Arctic Basin Branch is a separate subdivision of FSUE "Rosmorport", which includes the Arkhangelsk Department.

The branch is not a legal entity and operates on behalf of FSUE "Rosmorport" in the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Varandey, Dikson, Dudinka, Kandalaksha, Mezen, Murmansk, Naryan-Mar, Onega, Sabetta and Khatanga.
