Dear colleagues!

On behalf of FSUE “Rosmorport” and on my own behalf, please accept the warmest congratulations on the upcoming New Year and Merry Christmas!

In the year that is now ending, the team of the enterprise made a significant contribution to solving the problems that face the maritime industry and achieved results we can be proud of today.

Within the continuous activities of FSUE “Rosmorport” to update the port fleet, the newest high-performance dredger Nikolay Rusanov and two bilge water removing ships, Koporye and Koppi, were put into operation in 2024. At the request of the enterprise, a new dredger and two support vessels to operate at the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Canal, as well as modern ice-class tugs, were laid down this year.

In order to increase the capacity and cargo turnover of seaports, the enterprise carries out dredging work on a regular basis. In particular, the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Canal is being continuously developed: dredging work is being carried out there to maintain the canal draught of 4.5 m achieved in 2023, and a project to build protective structures is being implemented.

The commissioning of a new, 25th, vessel traffic system — the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky VTS, built using modern domestic solutions, — is one of the achievements of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

Import substitution of software is one of the key areas of activity in current situation. The enterprise implements projects to switch vessel traffic systems to Russian software, and to create an information system for supporting pilotage activities. We are also working on implementing the service portal of FSUE “Rosmorport”, which allows to organize the acceptance of applications on a one contact principle, and on developing the enterprise’s Situation Center.

FSUE “Rosmorport” actively uses innovative solutions in shipping development as well: the ferries Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky, which received the first certificates of maritime autonomous and remotely operated surface ships (MASS) in Russia, successfully operated in autonomous mode for a year.

I am sure that the results obtained this year will become the basis for further dynamic movement forward and the achievement of the strategic goals facing the enterprise and the transport industry.

In the coming year, we will have to solve many new tasks and continue implementing previously started projects. Thanks to our experience, established traditions and united team, we will be able to withstand difficulties and adequately respond to new challenges of the time.

I wish that 2025 will be fruitful, give a start to many successful projects, bring many bright events, turn grandiose plans into reality. May all your cherished dreams come true and the wildest expectations will be justified!
