FSUE “Rosmorport” presents the key vessels of its service and auxiliary fleet, the largest one in the world, at the joint exposition of Rosmorrechflot at the Transport of Russia Exhibition. The exhibition is held annually in Gostiny Dvor, Moscow. This year it will be held on November 19-21.

The enterprise is a permanent participant and partner of the exhibition. With the support of FSUE “Rosmorport”, a Solemn meeting for the Transport Worker's Day will be held during the Transport Week 2024.

The exhibition exposition of FSUE “Rosmorport” reflects the fundamental principles of the enterprise’s activity: safety of navigation, preservation of maritime traditions and constant development, introduction of innovative technologies for vessels built by order of FSUE “Rosmorport”, environmental protection. The enterprise shows several vessels that embody the diversity of its activities and the continuity of seafaring traditions.

The booth features models of the world's largest and top powered non-nuclear icebreaker Viktor Chernomyrdin, dual-fuel eco-ferry Marshal Rokossovsky, one of two innovative vessels that have been ensuring transport accessibility of the Kaliningrad region in conditions of EU sanctions since 2022. The operation of vessels that can run on LNG and diesel fuel with a reduced sulfur content reduces risks to the environment, and since 2023 ferries have been experimentally conducting transportation in autonomous mode, which minimizes the impact of the human factor on the safety of navigation.

FSUE “Rosmorport” exposition also demonstrates a model of the newest dredger Nikolay Rusanov built at the domestic shipyard, which joined the enterprise's fleet in August 2024. The modern high-performance vessel has started dredging operations on the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Canal.

This year, FSUE “Rosmorport” presents a new model of the sailing training vessel Mir, one of three unique frigates operated by the enterprise. It is a key site of the North-Western Federal District of Russia for training cadets of the country's leading maritime universities, a symbol and envoy of St. Petersburg, the winner of international regattas. Currently, the Expeditions under Sail project is being implemented at the sailboat, During the project, anyone can join the boat's crew for a week and make a voyage over the Baltic Sea.

Videos dedicated to the ice tests of the icebreaker Viktor Chernomyrdin in the Arctic and the sea trials of the dredger Nikolay Rusanov, the operation of new ferries on the strategically important line Seaport of Ust-Luga — Seaport of Kaliningrad, and expeditions on the world's fastest sailing vessel are shown at the booth.

You can also get acquainted with the activities of FSUE “Rosmorport” at the booth of priority projects of the Ministry of Transport of Russia. In addition to the model of the dredger Nikolay Rusanov presented in the exhibition area of the ministry, there will be a dynamic information media content about the achievements of the enterprise.

The enterprise's exposition also features a video installation, dedicated to the operation of icebreakers in harsh Arctic conditions, that was specially prepared for the largest industry event. Visitors to the unique facility of FSUE “Rosmorport” will not only be able to enjoy the incredible beauty of the Arctic nature, but also take pictures against the background of an interactive installation with spectacular views of the Arctic from aboard the icebreaker Viktor Chernomyrdin, see the work of the engines (azipods) paving the way of the vessel in the Arctic ice, and feel like a real icebreaker captain.

The management of FSUE “Rosmorport” took part in the events of the business program on the first day of the exhibition. Sergey Pylin, General Director of the enterprise, attended a business breakfast with Roman Starovoit, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, dedicated to the role of Russian regions in the development of an efficient transport system, as well as a meeting of the Committee on Transport and Transport Infrastructure Development of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation “On measures for the development of Inland Waterway Transport”.

Representatives of the enterprise participated in the plenary discussion “CIS Plus Transport Cooperation: Interaction, Sustainability, Efficiency”, which was held with the participation of Roman Starovoit, and the session of the Digital Transport and Logistics Association where the main digital achievements in the sphere of transport were discussed.
