FSUE “Rosmorport” has been included in a list of organizations which make purchases in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 and which has been assigned the high level of procurement transparency. The results of the rating “Procurement Transparency National Rating” were summed up at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in December 2018.

The most remarkable federal and regional purchasers and leaders of the Russian corporate sector are participants in the rating. The compliance with transparency and economic efficiency standards of their procurement activities have become the main factor, which influences the assessment of the procurement activities. This year over 400 customers, including 69 major public purchasers of federal level, 85 Russian regions and 85 major municipal entities, which are regulation entities of Federal Law No 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 have taken part in the rating.

The presence of FSUE “Rosmorport” in this rating over seven years indicates high assessment of its daily work and professionalism of all specialists. The rating shows that the procurement management system meets the requirements of building the procurement activities and the norms of Russian legislation in the sphere of procurement.

FSUE “Rosmorport” continues the work to increase transparency by improving procurement mechanisms  using automation, digital technologies and advanced experience of the transport industry.
