Under Rosmorrechflot Resolution No. UF-439-r of December 06, 2018, an amendment has been made to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Charter. The amendment related to stopping the activities of the Sochi Branch was registered by Interdistrict Inspectorate of Russia’s Tax Service No. 46 for Moscow on December 19, 2018 and entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities under number 6187750142486 in accordance with the established procedure.
