FSUE “Rosmorport” is a traditional participant in the all-Russian forum-exhibition “GOSZAKAZ”. The XV jubilee forum, which was held in Moscow on April 3-5, unites federal and regional authorities, chief experts in the sphere of public and municipal procurement, legislators, heads of the regions’ administrations, as well as representatives of budgetary institutions, banks and suppliers.

The FSUE “Rosmorport” exposition has been presented on the united stand of Russia’s Transport Ministry. During the exhibition, FSUE “Rosmorport” specialists present the best practices of the enterprise’s procurement activities that are carried out under the requirements of Federal Law No 44-FZ and Federal Law No 223-FZ. FSUE “Rosmorport” also presents the specifics of pursuing the procurement in the conditions of import substitution of goods, works and services.

In 2018 FSUE “Rosmorport” pursued two procurements at the expense of the federal budget in accordance with the federal target program “The Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol till 2020” and the state program of the Russian Federation “The Development of the Transport System” at the total amount of 0.92 billion Rubles. State contracts have been concluded to the amount of 0.91 billion Rubles. Following of the results of competitive procedures cash savings amounted to 14 million Rubles.

Last year a total of 1.400 competitive procurements were pursued to from own funds for the needs of the enterprise. Based on such results contracts have been concluded to the amount of 32.073 billion Rubles. A total of 100% of procurements have been pursued in electronic form. Contracts to the amount of 5.65 billion Rubles have been signed with entities of small- and medium-size entrepreneurship.

The priority prospects for the development of FSUE “Rosmorport” procurement activities are to gradually give up foreign goods subject to availability of domestically produced alternatives and increase the procurement of innovation products. FSUE “Rosmorport” pays special attention to attracting the great number of entities of small- and medium-size entrepreneurship to pursue the procurement.

In order to put forward a policy of digitalization, including in the field of procurement activities, FSUE “Rosmorport” converts the procurement of small volume in electronic format by using a workshop of the corporate Internet shop of the electronic trading platform “TEK-Torg”. This step will help make the procurement of small volume more open and as a consequence increase the procurement of such sort.
