On July, 23rd, 2010 in Baltiysk, Kaliningrad region, the first international sailing regatta “Three Governors’ Cup” started. It was a joint project of Kaliningrad region and Republic of Poland. The participants sailed through the territories of Poland, Russia and Lithuania through Vistula Lagoon, Pregolya river and Curonian Lagoon.

The FSUE “Rosmorport” Kaliningrad branch took active part in the regatta preparations and support. At the instance of the Kaliningrad region Government the FSUE “Rosmorport” Kaliningrad branch placed its berths at the disposal of regatta participants for borderline and customs control and provided navigation safety in the water area of the seaport of Kaliningrad and Kaliningrad sea shipping channel during the regatta.

On July, 24th, 2010 the participants of the regatta finished in the seaport of Frombork, Poland.

The winners were awarded cups and presents from the Governors of the three regions — Kaliningrad region, Russia and Warmian-Masurian and Pomeranian Voivodeships, Poland.
