By the order of Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Infrastructure of the Russian Federation from April, 2, 2010, № 185-ОД the maritime cargo-passenger constant multilateral check point over the border of the Russian Federation in opened in Baltiysk, Kaliningrad region (basins № 3 and № 4 of the Baltic naval base) and its limits are established.

The order of Rosgranitsa comes into force 10 days after the day of its official publication.
