On the basis of the Government of the Russian Federation statute dated 10.04.2002 No. 228 “On measures for efficiency increase in management of federal property assigned to federal state unitary enterprises on the basis of economic management” and in accordance with guidelines on preparation and approval of joint stock companies whose shares are owned by the Russian Federation, and federal state unitary enterprises, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation order dated 15.08.2024 No. 2199-r, the company began to develop the Development strategy of FSUE “Rosmorport” with the beginning of its period of validity from 2025.
The Development strategy of FSUE “Rosmorport” is a program-target document of the enterprise, the internal document, defining the strategic goals of its activities and ways to achieve such strategic goals.
Taking into consideration that Government of Russia order dated 20.06.2011 No. 1060-r includes FSUE “Rosmorport” among the list of federal state unitary enterprises for which a special procedure is established for decision making in regard to certain issues on their activities, the FSUE “Rosmorport” development strategy will be approved according to the procedure stipulated in paragraph 1 of the Government of the Russian Federation statute dated 10.04.2002 № 228, if there is a corresponding decision of the Government of Russia, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, or decisions taken on his instructions by the First Deputy Prime Minister or the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia.
It is planned that the developed document after its approval in accordance with the established procedure should be approved by March 31, 2025.
