Vostochny Branch Property

     In order to conduct activities stipulated in Statute on the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny Branch, the branch possesses necessary property on the territory and the water areas of the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka.
     As at 01.01.2014 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny Branch has been secured 1 030 objects of movable property and 114 objects of real property as fixed assets, on the basis of economic control rights.
     The property of the Vostochny Branch includes 100 stationary objects represented by hydraulic engineering structures, buildings, other structures, and objects under construction, and also 14 vessels.
     According to the requirements of Government of Russia Decree № 447  dated 16.07.2007 “On Improving Federal Property Record Keeping”, information on the Vostochny Branch property was entered into the Federal Property Registry.
     The Vostochny Branch property is located at the rented land plots, total area of which is 25.3 hectares, on the territory of the seaports of Vostochny and Nakhodka. Besides, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Vostochny Branch uses 0.07 sq. m of water surface bodies for placing its property and conducting activities on navigation safety in the seaports of Nakhodka and Vostochny, and their approaches.
