FSUE "Rosmorport" preventive measures against COVID-19

In order to prevent the COVID-19 spread and take necessary organizational measures under FSUE “Rosmorport” order No 93 of March 20, 2020 an emergency operation center to prevent the COVID-19 infection has been created and started its work.

The order approved the members of the emergency operation center, the provisions on its tasks, powers and functions, as well as a plan on urgent measures to prevent the COVID-19 spread.

To implement the decree of Mayor of Moscow No. 12-UM of March 5, 2020 “On implementation of a high alert regime” and following the order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia No. 405 of October 2, 2020, in order to ensure the stable functioning of FSUE “Rosmorport” in a situation of the continued spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, the following measures have been taken in the central office of FSUE “Rosmorport”:

- limiting of access to and getting around the administrative buildings and rooms in the central office in Moscow;

- organizing the procurement and distribution of medical masks, antiseptic hand liquid, thermometers and disinfecting wipes to employees of the enterprise’s central office, as well as bactericidal irradiators of the recircular type (or other air disinfection systems) in an amount sufficient to ensure the functioning of the administrative buildings and rooms in the central office in Moscow;

- concluding contracts for providing services of general (at least 2 times a month) and local (as needed) disinfection performed by specialized organizations in the administrative buildings of the enterprise in Moscow;

- transferring the required number of employees of the enterprise’s central office to remote work in accordance with decisions of Mayor of Moscow and instructions of the federal government bodies that are based on decisions (recommendations) of the chief state sanitary doctor of Moscow.

Similar measures have been taken in all enterprise’s branches operating in other regions of the Russian Federation in accordance with orders of FSUE “Rosmorport” to ensure the stable functioning of FSUE “Rosmorport” in a context of the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19.

At the beginning of 2022, with the epidemiological situation in the Russian Federation getting worse because of the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 and according to the order of Rosmorrechflot No. 4 of January 20, 2022 “On measures against the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19”, the enterprise took appropriate steps to strengthen measures against the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. By FSUE “Rosmorport” order No. 21 of January 21, 2022, at least 50 % of employees (from their actual number) of the FSUE “Rosmorport” central office operating in Moscow were decided to be transferred to remote work, while the enterprise’s branches operating in other regions of the Russian Federation were to determine the required number of employees to be transferred to remote work in accordance with decisions made by senior officials (heads of the highest executive bodies of state power) of the regions of the Russian Federation, based on adopted resolutions (recommendations) of the chief state sanitary doctors of the regions of the Russian Federation, in order to create conditions for the uninterrupted functioning of the corresponding branch of the enterprise.
