All-Russian Fleet Support Movement holds public actions devoted to the day of creating regular Russian fleet

The Marine Regulations were approved by order of Peter I October 20, 1796 that marked the start for constructing a regular Russian fleet.

By tradition the fleet support movement organizes solemn events this day. They are devoted to the memorial date. Public actions will take place in Moscow and Russian region October 20, 2019 where Peter I took a historical decision on the creation of the fleet. The events will involve representative of state and municipal authorities, and public organizations.

The fleet support movement invites to take part in the solemn events due to take place in Moscow on October 20, 2019.

Participants in the events will gather at 11:00 a.m. near the Partizanskaya metro station.

At 12:00 the participants will gather at the monument to Peter the Great in Izmaylovo.

At 13:30 they will lay wreaths to the memorial stone on the Sukharevskaya Square in honor of the 300th anniversary of the Russian Navy.

At 14:00 a thanksgiving service will be held in the admiralty church – the Cathedral of the Life-Giving Trinity at Listy located at: 27/29 Sretenka Street.
