FSUE “Rosmorport” starts to accept applications for services of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in electronic form
The FSUE “Rosmorport” service portal, which provides contractors with electronic access to the services of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch, was put into commercial operation.
The portal is designed to interact with consumers of services on the one contact principle in order to ensure quick and comfortable access to enterprise services and increase transparency of processes through the transition to electronic document management.
The portal is accessible from any device: computer, tablet, smartphone. After completing the registration procedure on the portal, the contractor can use an electronic signature to enter into service contracts, to submit applications, to receive a preliminary calculation of the cost of services, to track the status of execution of applications, to receive and sign closing documents for the services rendered. Efficiency and security of work in the system, in addition to the mandatory use of electronic signature, is provided by means of crypto-protection.
To date, more than 50 contractors of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch have already registered on the service portal.
The portal provides an opportunity to promptly conclude contracts and submit applications for the following types of services:
- towing services;
- crew boat services;
- services for on berth assignment for safe mooring;
- information services;
- dredging services;
- geodesic and hydrographic services;
- navigation aids Installation and maintenance services;
- floating crane services.
The Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch provides services in the seaports of Azov, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Eysk, Kavkaz, Novorossiysk, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Taganrog, Taman, Temryuk and Tuapse. The list of services available for ordering electronically at each seaport can be found on the main page of the portal.
The procedure of rendering other services of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch remains the same.

Development and trial operation of the FSUE “Rosmorport” service portal will be completed in 2024. Putting the portal into commercial operation will enable the enterprise to provide competitive services, reduce the time of execution of requests for their provision and expand the range of service users.
