The cost of unregulated activities provided by FSUE “Rosmorport” for services on the pilotage of vessels and environmental safety in seaports is changing by 4.7 % and 4.4 %, respectively, the seaports of the Russian Federation from January 1, 2024, within the framework of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1923 dated 27.12.2019.

The increase in the consolidated fee of the FSUE “Rosmorport” will amount to 4.4 %, taking regulated port fees into account. The rates of regulated port fees, in accordance with paragraph 2 of the Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia dated No. 524/23 04.08.2023, have been increased by 4.9 % (except for the rates of collection of transport security of the seaport area, the level of which does not change).
