FSUE “Rosmorport” employees awarded on the occasion of the enterprise's 20th anniversary

On August 18, an award ceremony was held for FSUE “Rosmorport” employees, noted with industry rewards, certificates of honour and gratitude in the year of the enterprise’s anniversary. The awards were solemnly handed over by Alexander Poshivay, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Evgeny Tuzinkevich, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport, and Alexey Klyavin, President of the Russian Chamber of Shipping.

Alexander Poshivay opened the ceremony by reading out the congratulatory address of Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Vitaly Saveliev on the 20th anniversary of FSUE “Rosmorport”. Over the past two decades, the congratulation noted, FSUE “Rosmorport” had become the largest backbone enterprise of the Russian maritime industry, had taken a leading position in the port services market and gained a reputation of a reliable partner.

“Today you are implementing tasks of national importance, playing a significant role in the development of the domestic port infrastructure. The construction of major facilities, including the seaports of Ust-Luga, Sabetta, Taman, and Olya, ensures Russia's logistical security and economic independence. Professional staff, innovative equipment, modern vessels, unique technical means - all this shows the effective activity of FSUE “Rosmorport” for the benefit of the maritime industry of the country,” the congratulatory message said.

Alexander Poshivay, in his turn, emphasized the key role of FSUE “Rosmorport” for the entire water transport industry:

“Our main goal is to fulfill the tasks that are set for us, first of all, by the leaders of our country. They include deepening of the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Canal to 4.5 meters as part of the development of the North-South transport corridor, maintaining transport accessibility of the Kaliningrad Region and Sakhalin Region, and ensuring the operation of the Kerch crossing. All of them lie upon the shoulders of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

Evgeny Tuzinkevich, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport, also noted the numerous achievements of the FSUE “Rosmorport” team. They include being the owner of the largest icebreaker and dredging fleet in Russia, active role in preparing the 2014 Olympic Games - reconstruction of facilities and infrastructure of the seaport of Sochi, sustainable work in organizing ferry crossing during the period when Crimea became a part of the Russian Federation.

Two employees of FSUE “Rosmorport” received “Honorary Employee of the Navy” badges of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for their labor achievements and many years of conscientious work in transport: Ekaterina Tsvetkova, Chief Accountant, and Vladimir Teterev, Head of the Maritime Safety Systems Department.

Eleven people were awarded Letters of Gratitude from Head of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency for high professionalism and many years of conscientious work: Pavel Bosenko, Head of the Information Technologies Department; Denis Gudkov, Deputy Head of the Dredging Division of the Capital Construction and Repair Department; Maria Karpova, Deputy Head of the Development Division of the Maritime Safety Systems Department; Yulia Kostyukhina, Assistant to General Director of the General Director Office; Marina Larina, First Deputy Chief Accountant of the Accounting, Methodology and Reporting Department; Rimma Nikolaenko, Head of the Labor, Remuneration and Staff Organization Division of the Organizational and Personnel Department; Ivan Olekhnovich, Project Manager of the Fleet Development and Construction Department; Roman Rezanovich, Deputy Head of the Digital Development Department; Oleg Stolyarov, Deputy Head of the Fleet Technical Operation Division of the Fleet Technical Operation Department; Lyudmila Trubnikova, Deputy Head of the Contract Vetting Division of the Legal Support and Judicial Protection Department; Tatyana Fadeyeva, expert consultant of the Security Department.

In his speech, Alexey Klyavin, President of the Russian Chamber of Shipping, stated that over the years of FSUE “Rosmorport” activity the capacity of Russian ports had tripled, and the enterprise had become the largest shipowner in the Russian Federation.

“For 20 years, we can say it for sure, FSUE “Rosmorport” has scrupulously kept traditions and maintained strict standards of maritime safety. And I wish you to keep working in the same way!”

Honorary “Traditions and Standards” badges of the Russian Chamber of Shipping were awarded to Evgeniy Pankratov, Director of the Far Eastern Basin Branch; Alexander Strelnikov, Director of the North-Western Basin Branch; Vladimir Ilyin, Deputy Head of the Transport Security Division of the Security Department; Anna Kamennova, Head of the Digital Development Projects Division of the Digital Development Department; Irina Sizonenko, Deputy Head of the Department - Head of the Judicial and Legal Division of the Legal Support and Judicial Protection Department.

Five more employees of FSUE “Rosmorport” were awarded Certificates of Honour by the Russian Chamber of Shipping for their great personal contribution to the fulfillment of production tasks and impeccable work: Alesya Zaripova, Project Manager of the Dredging Division of the Capital Construction and Repair Department; Alexander Karpov, Vessel Acceptance Officer of the Construction Control and Vessel Construction Technical Supervision Division of the Fleet Development and Construction Department; Dmitry Slinchenko, Head of the Property Matters, Control and Accounting Division of the Property Transactions Department; Vladimir Strazhkov, expert of the Navigation Safety Division of the Maritime Administration Department; and Evgeniy Turovets, Adviser to Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of the General Director Office.

At the end of the solemn ceremony, Sergey Pylin, General Director of FSUE “Rosmorport”, thanked the honored guests for congratulations and appreciation of the enterprise employees work and in his turn expressed his gratitude to his team.
