FSUE “Rosmorport” takes part in the wreath-laying ceremony at the Eternal Flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
On April 28, Director General of FSUE “Rosmorport” Sergey Pylin took part in the wreath-laying ceremony at the Eternal Flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on the eve of the 78th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The event was traditionally held in Moscow in the Alexander Gardens with the participation of Deputy Minister of Transport of Russia Igor Chalik and Co-Chairman of the Coordinating Council of Veterans' Organizations of the Ministry of Transport of Russia Yury Mikhailov.
The ceremony was also attended by Assistant to the President of Russia Igor Levitin, Heads of structures subordinate to the Ministry of Transport of Russia, Heads of major transport organizations, veterans of the transport industry, rectors and students of industry universities.
The participants paid tribute to the military exploits of our ancestors and honored the memory of the victims with a minute of silence.
On the same day, representatives of the industry laid flowers on the steles of the hero cities in the Alexander Gardens, and also honored the memory of former leaders of the transport complex buried at the Novodevichy Cemetery in Moscow.
