Representatives of FSUE "Rosmorport" visited the stand of the "Sitronics KT" company, which presents an autonomous navigation system and remote control of the ground-lifting scow Rabochaya.

The scow Rabochaya and the dredger Redut belonging to FSUE "Rosmorport" are involved in joint tests of a-Navigation technologies with "Sitronics KT", which are carried out within the framework of the "Autonomous Navigation" federal project implemented by the Ministry of Transport of Russia with the participation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

A remote control of the scow is installed on the dredger Redut, from which it is possible to monitor and control the vessel. Special equipment of a basic technological platform is also installed on Rabochaya scow.

A meeting of representatives of the enterprise with "Sitronics KT" was also held. During this meeting the progress of the implementation of the agreement on equipping innovative automobile and railway ferries of FSUE "Rosmorport" Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky for the "Ust-Luga-Baltiysk" line with a complex of systems for autonomous navigation within the framework of the federal project was discussed.

FSUE "Rosmorport" is one of the first companies in Russia to implement initiatives on a-Navigation and plans to introduce autonomous navigation systems into commercial operation in 2023.
