For reference:

The Moryak recreation center is a symbolic place for everyone who deals with maritime and river affairs. During Soviet years, a pioneer flotilla was located at the area of the recreation center. The flotilla was created with direct involvement of the Hero of the Soviet Union, the first polar explorer Ivan Dmitrievich Papanin. Every year a march was held in the camp in memory of the soldiers who died at the fronts of the Great Patriotic War.
