A contest of the My Port project starts

Starting from April 18, 2022, applications for the competitive selection as part of the My Port project, which has become traditional for FSUE “Rosmorport”, have been accepted.

The winners of the competition will have a unique opportunity to participate in the original marine-oriented educational program “Towards new horizons” of the Shtormovoy children's camp during the 7th thematic shift (June 23 - July 13) in the Orlyonok Russian Child Center, one of the largest in the country.

As part of its social responsibility, FSUE “Rosmorport” pays much attention to work with the younger generation, transfer of knowledge, experience, introduction of maritime traditions.

This year, the My Port project is focused on children and grandchildren of employees of the enterprise, its branches and subsidiaries. Participation in the project involves deep immersion of children in the professional topics their elder family members have associated their lives with, and is aimed at formation of continuity in the choice of future profession.

According to the rules of the Orlyonok Russian Child Center, students aged 11-16 years at the beginning of the 7th thematic shift can participate in the program.

Applications are accepted through April 27. To learn about the procedure of the contest, please visit the official website: https://moyport.info.

The winners will be announced on the official website of the project on May 6, 2022.

We wish all participants good luck, success and to be able to show their creative abilities at their best. And let the dream of an unforgettable time spent on the Black Sea coast with new friends, listening to the wispering of the surf and the sounds of evening songs around the campfire, will become a reality for everyone!

The My Port educational project has been successfully implemented by the enterprise for the purpose of early professional orientation since 2016. The project is aimed at popularizing port professions, supporting maritime traditions and creating a friendly environment for the formation of children's personality.

As part of the project, FSUE “Rosmorport” is developing additional educational programs for the country's largest child centers, such as the Artek International Child Center, the Orlyonok Russian Child Center and Okean Russian Child Center.

For six years the project has been implemented, more than 950 children and teenagers from all over Russia took part in thematic shifts of FSUE “Rosmorport”.
