The Russian Government approved draft federal laws "On the features of the reorganization of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport", the basics of the activities of the Joint Stock Company "Rosmorport" and "On amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" (regarding the implementation of the reorganization mechanism of FSUE "Rosmorport") and decided to submit them to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.

"The reorganization of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport" will ensure the integrated development and improvement of the enterprise's activities, attracting long-term investments in a wide range of its activities, including the development of port infrastructure, taking into account the need to ensure the continuity of the enterprise, the preservation of the structure of the enterprise's property, the interests of the state, as well as the obligations of the Russian Party under international treaties and the implementation of country rights arising from these treaties", - the Cabinet's report notes.
