32 winners of the competition “My port” take part in the program of FSUE “Rosmorport” “To the dream under the sails” in the sixth thematic session of 2021 on the basis of the children’s camp “River”.

The program envisages participation of children in research projects, art projects, discussion clubs, as well as technical creativity and vocational guidance, including exposure to maritime professions. During the course of the camp session, the Artek children will be immersed in an interactive game aimed at developing interest in maritime affairs.

The lecturers and mentors are leading experts in design, marine science, and engineering. Under their supervision, the participants of the session will learn to design models of marine instrumentation, boats operated by special applications, explore the process of steering the vessel, acquire key technical competences, become acquainted with the main trends in the development of the marine industry, and will also gain experience in teamwork by participating in the preparation of a mass all-camp event.

Artek children will also take part in excursions around the children’s center, festivals, a spartakiad, and a sea regatta for the FSUE “Rosmorport” Cup. At the end of the program, more than 200 young navigators will demonstrate the ballroom dancing skills and etiquette at the Sea Ball.
