FSUE “Rosmorport” paid the first semi-annual coupon on series 001R-01 five-year bonds for the total of 4 billion rubles.

Security holders received 29.42 rubles per each bond.

In October last year, the enterprise placed bonds with semi-annual coupons as part of a program of exchange-traded bonds for the total of 25 billion rubles. The coupon rate was set for the entire circulation period of the issue at 5.9% per annum.

The bonds were not infrastructural, but they became such in essence: the proceeds from the placement of the debut tranche of securities were directed to the implementation of the most important investment projects of the enterprise.
