The FSUE “Rosmorport” General Director Andrey Tarasenko has taken part in the meeting of the Minister of Transport of Russia Maksim Sokolov with the masters of cruise ships, which are to be used as floating hotels during the winter games 2014.

The meeting was held aboard the Mir sailing ship staying in the Sochi Seaport harbour.

Maksim Sokolov welcomed the cruise ships’ masters in Sochi Seaport and thanked them for significant contribution into the preparations of Sochi for the sports festival awaited in the whole world. For the first time in the history of the winter games ocean liners and sea ferries are involved to provide comfortable accomodation for the spectators.

During the meeting the cruise ships’ masters told the Minister about the way their ships made to Sochi Seaport, and admired  the new winter games capital and the new infrastructure of Sochi Seaport, in particular, the new Cruise Harbour created by FSUE “Rosmorport”.

The ship masters exchanged memorable presents with Maksim Sokolov and wished good luck to their native sport teams.
