Implementation of FSUE “Rosmorport” corporate information system (CIS) is completed. A unified system for accounting, tax accounting and asset management based on Microsoft Dynamics AX has been implemented in the Headquarters (Moscow) and 14 branches of the enterprise operating in 54 Russian sea ports.

Along with the implementation of the system, measures for providing fail-save operation of the CIS and creating technical support service of the enterprise were successfully carried out. A technical support center for the Far East branches has been set up. At the moment, such centers are being set up in North-West, Azovo-Chernomorsky and Azov basin branches.

FSUE “Rosmorport” is planning to develop management reporting in the IBM Cognos BI system, to implement “Budgeting”, “Harbour Dues” and personnel management systems.

A unified corporate information system is the most important tool for adequate distribution of the enterprise resources, quick decision-making, effective long-term planning of the development of FSUE “Rosmorport”, and consequently, the whole naval industry.
