By the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation order dated 01.03.2011 № 65 changes concerning adjustment of the list of harbor dues levied in the seaports of the Russian Federation has been made in the order dated 17.12.2007 № 189. The following adjustments have been made:
  - tonnage, pilotage and lighthouse dues are levied in the seaport of Mezen;
  - tonnage, canal, pilotage, lighthouse and navigational dues are levied in the seaport of Onega; 
  - tonnage, pilotage, lighthouse and navigational dues are levied in the seaport of Nikolaevsk-on-Amur. Also, considering that transshipment complex Mys Lazareva is an autonomous seaport, harbor dues levied in the transshipment complex Mys Lazareva of the seaport of Nikolaevsk-on-Amur are excluded from the list.
  - tonnage, canal, pilotage, lighthouse and navigational dues are levied in the seaport of Kholmsk.
