FSUE “Rosmorport” reorganization by the FSUE “Azov Directorate for Marine Communications” (Azovmorput) take-over is completed. Notes on the FSUE “Azovmorput” activity completion and FSUE “Rosmorport” reorganization as a takeover were included in Uniform State Register of Legal Entities.

Following the results of reorganization, the FSUE “Azovmorput” property and also its rights and liabilities were transferred to FSUE “Rosmorport” by the way of succession.
