By the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation order dated 03.11.2010 № 239 changes in the normal procedure of Russian state border admission of people, vehicle, cargo, goods and animals through sea and river/lake checkpoints of the Russian Federation have been made.

The order comes into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
