By the FSUE “Rosmorport” order dated 08.02.2011 № 42/к Viktor Yurievich Vanyukov was appointed deputy General director of FSUE “Rosmorport” for navigation safety to execute formation and implementation of the enterprise’s policy in the sphere of navigation safety.
